Educational Programs and Operation (EP&O) Levy dollars help pay for staff, programs and services that are not funded or are underfunded by the state. Did you know the cost for Counselors in the District is about $1.3-million a year?  The State covers around $840,000 of that cost, Levy dollars help pay the remaining $460,000.
