Starting with the 2024-2025 school year, all student-athletes that would like to participate at WHS and WMS will need to register using FinalForms.  FinalsForms is replacing FamilyID which we have used for athletic registration in the past.  To register for FinalForms parents and students will each need to create their own account.  During the registration process, parents will need to upload a copy (front and back) of the student-athlete’s physical form.  If your child(ren) has a current physical that has been turned into the school office, then the athletic department will upload the physical that we have on file.  A partir del año escolar 2024-2025, todos los estudiantes-atletas que deseen participar en WHS y WMS deberán registrarse utilizando FinalForms.  FinalsForms está reemplazando a FamilyID que hemos utilizado para el registro atlético en el pasado.  Para registrarse en FinalForms, los padres y los estudiantes deberán crear su propia cuenta.  Durante el proceso de inscripción, los padres deberán cargar una copia (anverso y reverso) del formulario físico del estudiante-atleta.  Si su(s) hijo(s) tiene(n) un examen físico actual que se ha entregado a la oficina de la escuela, entonces el departamento de atletismo cargará el examen físico que tenemos en el archivo.
